Love, love my Kirkland's. Beautiful decor for home, in door and out. Praying they stay in business since Pier 1 is no longer in business. My 2 fav stores. Just returned a pottery utensil holder. The ckeek noticed a chip on the inside and asked me if I had noticed it. I had not. I only took it out of the bubble wrap and sat it on the kitchen counter. It was the wrong color. Wrapped it back up in the bubble wrap to return it. She gave me credit for it. They are always very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Store was rather low on inventory from my last time in there. Maybe this is the norm right now with the pandemic situation.

I absolutely love shopping at Kirklands! I have found so many great items to decorate our home. What makes it fun to shop there are all the wonderful ladies who work there. Suzy is the best!! She has been so helpful and has such a wonderful personality!! Georgetown Kirklands is the best and I will continue to shop there! Love this store and love the ladies! Thank you all!!

Ferdrico is the best employee ever. He was so nice and made sure our couch that we ordered from the store was taken care of and helped us every step up the way. Thank you sir. Also, the store smells amazing and they have the best decorations.

I had an amazing customer service experience at this store today. The whole team was great, but especially Abigail at the Georgetown store today showed amazing customer service by trying to help resolve an issue we had with an online order.

Great place, love it. Offers beautiful decor, and thankful for the Rewards program and the fact they give you military discounts(folks ask for it, they are going to offer it). Highly recommend this place !!

Love Kirklands. The employees there were extremely helpful. They did not have the item I was looking for in stock and it was sold out online. But they offered to do a custom order (that's not what dhe called it, I can't remember) for me where I could go ahead and pay for it and when they received it they will call me and I can pick it up! It was very helpful!

I was traveling through Texas and found out last minute I needed a gift for a birthday. I always rely on Kirkland’s for something unique. Luckily, Beth was there to help me put a gift bag together and Grace added ideas I hadn’t even thought of. This shopping center is the absolute cutest and the store is so welcoming along with the people. Very different from some of the stores near me.

Always one of my favorite stores to shop while I’m in town. This visit was specially fun because I finally found the perfect “Lauren Accent” fabric chair for my guest room. Trish, the mngr that evening was a delight to work with. She helped me load it and also Assissted me with pretty candles to accentuate my front porch lanterns I recently purchased! I did have to return the following day, and was greeted by Cheryl who helped me with few more items! While there I strolled past the new crystal lamps that arrived that were in the front display window so so pretty! I ended up walking out with a set Lol!! They had a large variety of Fall and Holiday decor items in stock from whimsical farm house, to transitional to modern!! Would definitely pop in if your looking for something special and not main stream.
